The Xavier Labour Research Institute (XLRI), which is the exam authority conducting the XAT 2020 exam releases the hall ticket for the second most popular MBA Entrance exam on the official exam portal i.e. xatonline.in. Without the admit card, the candidates will not be allowed to write the examination. The last date to download the admit card for computer-based examination XAT 2020 is January 3, 2020. XAT will be conducted on the first Sunday of January 2020 that is January 5, 2020. XAT 2020 score will be a gateway to provide admissions into the 11 member institutes and more than 150 other B-schools of the country. The result will be announced on January 31, 2020.
The New Delhi NCR campus of XLRI will open its doors for admissions to around 120 seats, in PGDBM program in June 2020, subject to approval by AICTE. This will allow test takers to have more options within XLRI using the XAT score.

Steps to Download XAT 2020 Admit Card
Candidates can follow the simple given procedure to check and download XAT admit card

- Step 1: Visit XAT official website
- Step 2: on website homepage, Find and Click on Login Link
- Step 3: Input your XAT 2020 User ID and Password. XLRI has provided a way out for those who have forgotten password. One has to go to the login page and click the forgot password button, then enter registered email address and registered mobile number to get or reset the password.
- Step 4: Your XAT Admit Card will be displayed on the screen
- Step 5: Download the hall ticket and take printout for future reference and to present it at the examination ventre.

Details to be Checked on XAT 2020 Admit Card
The candidates should check the following details on the admit card of XAT 2020:

- XAT ID and password (to be used for login the computer at the exam centre)
- Name, Photograph and signature of the candidate along with XAT 2020 registration number.
- Exam date, Reporting and examination time
- Test city and venue of the exam centre
- Instructions and guidelines for the applicants to be followed during examination day
XAT 2020 – Exam Day Guidelines

- The candidates are advised to report the assigned examination centre before the time mentioned on the admit card.
- Along with the XAT admit card, the candidates will also have to produce their original photo identification card i.e., Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport etc.
- The instructions mentioned on admit card have to be followed otherwise they might get disqualified.
- The rough work during the examination has to be done in the margins of the OMR sheet.
- Candidates who finish the examination before the allotted time will not be allowed to leave the exam centre.
XAT 2020 Exam Pattern
XAT 2020 exam pattern has been changed, so candidates are advised to check the XAT latest exam pattern that will help them to prepare for the entrance examination.

- XAT 2020 will be conducted online, as a computer-based examination.
- There will not be descriptive Essay writing test in XAT 2020.
- All the 99-100 questions will be of MCQ type.
- There will be four sections – Verbal and Logical Ability (VA & LR), Decision Making (DM), Quantitative Ability & Data Interpretation (QA & DI) and General Knowledge (GK).
- The XAT exam duration has been reduced to 3 hours from earlier 3½ hours. The exam will be held from 09:30 am till 12:30 pm.
- 0.25 marks will be deducted for any wrong answers while 0.05 marks will be deducted for more than 8 unattempted questions across the different sections.
