Administrative Law, Alternative Dispute Redressal including Arbitration Act, Code of Civil Procedure, Company Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure Code, Cyber Law, Environmental Law, Evidence Act, Family Law, Indian Penal Code, Intellectual Property Laws, Labour and Industrial Laws, Land Acquisition Act, Law of Contract, Specific Relief, Property Laws, Negotiable Instrument Act, Law of Tort, including Motor Vehicle Act and Consumer Protection Law, Law related to Taxation, Professional Ethics and Cases of Professional Misconduct under BCI rules, Public Interest Litigation.

Focus on the subjects that carry Maximum Marks
You require a minimum of 40% marks to pass the AIBE examination, if you analyse the syllabus of AIBE XIV 2019, the maximum number of questions are asked from seven subjects. If you prepare for these seven subjects, you complete 60% of the AIBE syllabus. So focus on these first as they have the maximum weightage.

Mock Tests
Now that you have completed at least 60% of the AIBE syllabus, you are ready to practice the mock tests. Remember, preparing for AIBE 2019 is not about mugging up laws and rules, but it is about finding the answer in the least amount of time and with high accuracy. So use the reference material that you have prepared for the final examination. After appearing for a mock, work on the shortcomings of the reference material. Accordingly, add or subtract data from the reference material.
Previous Year’s Question Papers
Get yourself familiarize with the previous year’s question paper and make notes of your observations. These question papers will help you to get an idea of the type of questions that can be asked in the examination.
