The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will conduct a home-based exam for its Advanced Integrated Course on Information Technology and Soft Skills (Advanced ICITSS) – Adv. Information Technology Test. The two-hour AICITSS Adv IT Test from home will be conducted on June 21 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm (IST).
Candidates can apply for the ICITSS Adv IT Test at the official ICAI website from 11th to 13th June 2020. According to the ICAI official notification, “the exam dates for ICAI ICITSS Adv IT Test may also be shifted depending upon the volume of registrations. It is also highly likely that the exam can be held on more than one date.”
The schedule as of now mentions that the exam would begin on 21st June 2020 10:00 AM. The notification also says that the exam could be held on more than one day. The details about the schedule of the exam will be intimated to the candidate in their admit cards.
This proctored home based test will be held from the candidates preferred location. Since the exams will be conducted online, therefore a laptop/pc with webcam and a good internet connection is a must.

Who Can Give this Test?
This test is open only for the candidates who have cleared their Advanced ITT training requirements as on June 10, 2020, and have either passed their CA Final Examination (with Old syllabus) in November 2019 and could not appear in the Advanced ICITSS IT test. Also candidates of CA Final Exam with New Syllabus in November 2019 whose result has been withheld for want of clearing this test are eligible to appear for the ICAI Advanced ICITSS – Adv IT Test.
How to fill the Examination form?
The eligible candidates will be required to apply online at Advanced ICITSS online portal and also pay the applicable test fee online through the payment gateway only. No physical applications will be entertained.
AICITSS Adv IT Test from Home Application Fees
- A candidate who is applying the Computer Based AICITSS–Adv IT Test for the first time, will not be required to pay the test fee.
- However, Indian candidates who are applying for the test second time onwards will be required to pay a test fee of INR 500/-.
- For Dubai Centre, the test fee will be USD $150 and for Nepal, the same will be INR 850/-.
- Candidates having physically disabled concession card by the examination department will not be required to pay the test fee.
