The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced CS June 2021 result date. The CS Professional (old and new syllabus), CS Executive (old and new syllabus) and CS Foundation programme result will be announced together on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
All candidates who appeared for CS Executive and CS Professional programme 2021 examination are eagerly waiting for the results. In general, ICSI declares CS Executive and Professional results within 2.5 months of completion of exams.
As per the ICSI official notice, the professional course result will be announced at 11 am, the executive course will release at 2 pm and the foundation course at 4 pm on the same date. On the declaration of the results, Candidates can check CS results along with the individual subject-wise break-ups of marks, available on the Institute’s website.

After the declaration of the results, CS Merit list June 2021, Topper’s photos and their Marks and Pass percentage details would be immediately displayed on the CS Institute website. The result along with individual candidate’s subject-wise break up of marks for all three courses will also be available on the official website of ICSI.
The formal e-result cum marks statement of the Executive programme (Old and New Syllabus) and Foundation programme examination will be uploaded on the website immediately after the declaration of the result. Candidate can check their result and can download it for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be issued.
While for the CS Professional Programme Examination (Old and New Syllabus) Examination, the Result-cum-Marks Statement will be despatched to the candidates at their registered address soon after the declaration of the result. In case the physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement is not received by any candidate within 30 days of the declaration of the result, such candidates may contact the Institute at exam@icsi.edu along with his/her particulars.
How to check CS June 2021 Results?
After the declaration the ICSI Result for June 2021 examinations, candidates will be able to check their results online by logging onto the icsi.edu website. However, to access results online, they will need to input the exam registration number and other details provided on the admit card.
The result of CS Executive, Foundation and CS Professional June 2021 along with individual candidate’s subject wise break up of marks will also be available on http://icsi.examresults.net/.
Passing Criteria for CS Examinations
A candidate for CS Executive and Professional Programme examination shall be declared to have passed in both modules if he/she secures at one sitting, at least 40% marks in each paper in which he/she is required to appear and 50% marks in the aggregate of all the papers put together.
In case a candidate has appeared in all the papers of a module and has secured 60% or more marks in any paper(s) and a minimum of 25% marks in each of the remaining papers of that module but has failed in the module, shall be exempted from that or those paper(s) in which he/she secured sixty per cent or more marks, in any subsequent examination.
However, you have to submit an application to claim an exemption in any paper on or before the last date of enrollment for the CS Executive programme examination in which he/she intends to appear.

ICSI conducts CS Foundation, CS Executive and Professional exams twice in a year in the months of June and December. However, as per the official notice, the Next examination for the Executive Programme (Old and New Syllabus) and Professional Programme (Old and New Syllabus) will be held from 21st December 2021 to 30th December 2021.
The online enrollment form for the next Company Secretaries examination together with the requisite examination fee shall be submitted from 14th October 2021 onwards.
