DU JAT 2018, Delhi University Joint Admission Test is annually conducted by The University of Delhi, for the purpose of shortlisting students for admissions to undergraduate management programmes at Delhi University’s affiliated institutes for the programmes like Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) and Bachelor of Business Administration (Financial Investment Analysis) programs, BA (Hons) Business Economics and many more programmes. After qualifying JAT exam, students also have to clear the GD-PI rounds to secure the admission.

Eligibility Criteria to Appear For DU JAT 2018
- Candidates should have passed their senior secondary schooling i.e. 10+2 from a recognised board like CBSE or board equivalent by the University of Delhi.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible to apply. Candidates who have appeared in their final exams and are awaiting results are eligible to apply for DU JAT exam as well.
- There is no age limit to apply for DU JAT 2018.
- To be eligible for Delhi University Management Programs, a candidate must have secured minimum – 60% for General, 54% for OBC, 54% for CPW/PWD and 50% for SC/ST Students.
- This aggregate should be of marks scored in four papers- English, Mathematics and the other two subjects that are approved by the University of Delhi.
- Candidate with a Compartment or candidate who has appeared for improvement in class 12th is not eligible for admission.
It must also be noted that the DU JAT Eligibility Criteria may vary from each college
DU JAT 2018 Application Form
Candidates can fill the online application form from the official website. The Procedure to fill the DU JAT 2018 application form through the below process –
- Access the DU Official Portal to open the DU JAT 2018 Application form.
- Click on ‘New Registration’
- Candidates have to fill the credentials like Candidates Name, Date of birth, Email ID, etc.
- Candidates need to upload a passport size picture not more than 50kb with signature in jpg format.
- Scanned id proof, 10th standard certificate, Category certificate (if any) all in jpg format not more than 100kb.
- After filling all the details, click on ‘submit’.
Fee Payment
A non-refundable fee should be submitted through official website by logging in by candidate’s login id and password. Fees can be paid through – Credit card, Debit card, Net banking

DU JAT 2018 Examination Centers

The center will be mentioned in admit card and can’t be changed once admit card is released.
DU JAT 2018 Admit card
DU JAT2018 admit card will be allotted on the announced date will be 10-15 days prior to the examination. The steps to download the admit card is as follows
- Visit the official website.
- click on admit card.
- Enter details like registration/ application number and enter submit.
- The admit card will appear on the screen; download and take a printout.
DU JAT Exam Pattern
- There will be objective type questions asked in the exam.
- The exam will be organized through pen and paper-based mode (offline)
- Exam Duration will be two hours.
- 3 marks for each correct answer will be given.
- 1 mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

DU JAT Result
DU JAT 2018 Result if followed the previous trends will be announced through online mode. After clearing the entrance test, candidates will be selected for GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview) rounds. The final selection will be based on on the combined weighted average of percentage scored in the DU JAT and the percentage scored in the qualifying exam in the ratio of 65:35 respect official website of Delhi University on the announced date(yet tentative).

Furthur the selected candidates of GD and PI will pursue to counselling process which do not require any separate form and will be based on both marks and their performance in GDs and PIs. The required documents involve:
