GATE 2020 Answer Keys and Question Papers Released for All Subjects

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, the GATE conducting body this year, has released online the GATE 2020 Answer Keys on February 18 and GATE 2020 Question papers on February 17. Candidates can now check these question papers and answer keys from the official website of GATE 2020.

Candidates can access the question papers of all the available disciplines by clicking on the “View Question Papers and Answer keys” link on the GOAPS. Earlier, the authorities have also released the GATE 2020 response sheets on February 12.



GATE 2020 answer keys are released today morning. The window to submit objections on the GATE 2020 Answer key will remain open for three days. As per the earlier notice by IIT Delhi, candidates who appeared for the GATE 2020 exam will be able to contest the answer key of GATE 2020 from February 19, 2020, 11:00 hours (IST) till 18:00 hours (IST) on February 21, 2020, through the GOAPS portal. Candidates will have to provide justification for each objection and submit an objection raise fee of Rs. 500/- for each question (objection).

After the release of the answer key, candidates will be able to calculate their probable marks in GATE 2020 as they will have access to GATE question papers, response sheet and answer key.

After considering all the objections, IIT Delhi would release the final answer keys. GATE 2020 result is scheduled to be released on March 20, 2020, on the basis of the final answer keys.


GATE 2020 was conducted on February 1, 2, 8 and 9 for 25 disciplines in 2 sessions every day. As per the official data, 8,58,890 candidates registered for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) this year while 6,85,088 (79.76%) applicants appeared in eight sessions at 566 centres across 199 cities across India and the International centers at Dhaka, Dubai, Ethiopia, Nepal, and Singapore.
