The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has activated the application (registration) link today (Tuesday) on the IBPS official website for recruiting 12,075 personnel for Clerical cadre Posts. Interested and eligible candidates should go through all the important details here and apply for the IBPS Clerk 2019 Online registration.
IBPS has started the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for 12075 clerical vacancies for 17 nationalised banks across the country for the Year 2020-21. Candidates can apply online at the IBPS official website for the IBPS clerks-IX recruitment before the last date to apply i.e October 9, 2019. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection will recruit the candidates on the basis of written exam. There will be no interview.
The Online Preliminary examination for the Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts is scheduled for December 7, 8, 14 and 21, 2019. The Main examination, which is also an Online exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 19, 2020. The admit card for the IBPS clerk 2019 preliminary examination will be released in November. Eligibility Criteria for IBPS CRP for Clerks-IX
The basic eligibility criteria for the candidates to apply for this post are –
- Candidate should be an Indian citizen.
- Candidates between 20-28 years of age are eligible to take the IBPS Clerk 2019 exam. ( i.e Not born before than September 02, 1991).
- A Bachelor (Graduation) degree from recognized Institute/University.
- Candidates must also be proficient in the local language of the state to which they apply for the recruitment.
- Candidates Should have an operating and working knowledge of computers.
- Candidates can apply for vacancies in any one State/UT only, as this recruitment for clerical cadre in Public Sector Banks is done on State/UT-wise basis.

1. Admit card for IBPS Clerk exam will be released on November 2019.
2. Preliminary exams will be conducted on December 07, 08, 14 and 21 2019.
3. Result of preliminary exam will release between Dec’19 to Jan’20.
4. Admit card for mains will be released on January 2020.
5. IBPS clerk mains exam is scheduled to be conducted on January 19, 2019.
6. Provisional Allotment in April 2020.

How to Apply for IBPS Clerks-IX Recruitment?
Candidates can apply for IBPS Clerk recruitment through online mode only, no other mode of application will be accepted. The applicants need to keep their scanned document and photographs ready before start online application. Follow this step-by-step details to fill the IBPS Clerk application form:
Step 1: Go to the IBPS official website.
Step 2: On the IBPS homepage, click on the link “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP Clerks -IX”. A new window will open.
Step 3: On the new window, Candidates will have to click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION”. Enter your basic information in the online application form to register their application.
Step 4: Candidates are required to upload all the documents like a scanned copy of photograph, signature, left thumb impression and a handwritten declaration etc as required by IBPS.
Step 5: Make the payment online and submit. Applicant should take a printout of online application form containing fee payment details for future reference.

IBPS Clerk 2019 Registration Fees
General category candidates will have to pay Rs 600 as an application (registration) fees and candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWBD/EXSM will have to pay Rs 100.
IBPS Clerk Recruitment Process
The Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre Posts in the Participating Organisations is based on written exams. There will be no interview for this recruitment.
Preliminary Exam: The prelims will be a computer-based test of 60 Minutes duration. The exam would have 100 questions carry a total of 100 marks. The exam will comprise of questions from three sections- English language, Numerical ability and reasoning ability.
Main Exam: Candidates who qualify the prelims will be eligible to appear for the main exam. The test will comprise 190 questions from general/ financial awareness, general English, quantitative aptitude, reasoning ability and computer aptitude. The main exam will be of 160 minutes duration and carry a total of 200 marks. There will be negative marking of 0.25 against wrong answers.
The marks obtained by the candidates in the main exam will be considered for final merit listing.
