Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the CA 2018 Results – Final May (Old and New Course), CA Foundation June, CPT June 2018 and Information Systems Audit [ISA] Assessment Test today on Friday, July 20, 2018, around 2:00 pm. AfterGraduation shares the ways to access the CA 2018 results, the merit list, the pass percentage and the previous pass percentage of CA CPT and CA Final exams.
The result of the Information Systems Audit [ISA] Assessment Test held on June 23, 2018, is also declared today on Friday, July 20, 2018, around 2:00 pm at the Institute’s office at New Delhi. The result of the Assessment Test will be available on the Institute’s website.
ICAI disclosed the merit list (candidates securing a minimum of 55% and above marks and upto the maximum of 50th Rank in the case of Final Examination in accordance with the decision of the Examination Committee) on all India basis. The results of CA Final, Foundation and CPT will contain subject wise marks and Pass/Fail Status. It is important to note that the candidates who qualified will be able to download Rank Card within two weeks after the announcement of the result.
How to Check CA 2018 Results?
The CA 2018 Results of Foundation, CPT, Final (old) and Final (New) can be checked on the ICAI Exam below official websites –
To check the result, the candidates will have to enter the Roll Number and PIN Number or Registration Number. Hence, to check the result Roll Number is mandatory but candidates may choose between Registration number or Pin Number.

CA 2018 Results Merit List
Atul Agarwal from Jaipur has secured the top position in the CA Final Old Syllabus May 2018 merit list. He secured 618 marks out of 800. Second and third rank was secured by Aagam Sandipbhai Dalal with 615 marks from Ahmedabad and Anurag Bagaria with 597 marks from Surat.
A total of 1,21,850 candidates were admitted in the CA Final Exam May 2018 (old course) and there were 381 exam centres set across the globe for the same. For the CA Final New Course Examination, a total of 5,406 candidates were admitted and 239 centres were set up.
The overall pass percentage of both groups for CA Final May 2018 Examination – Group 1 and 2 is 9.09%. 9,104 students are now qualified Chartered Accountants.
Prit Pritesh Shah from Surat has secured the top position in the CA Final (Revised Scheme) May 2018 merit list. He secured 542 marks out of 800. Second and third rank was secured by Abhishek Nagaraj with 539 marks from Bengaluru and Samiksha Subhash Agarwal with 524 marks from Ulhasnagar.
In the CA Foundation June 2018 merit list, Swati from New Delhi topped the merit list while securing 332 marks out of 400. The second rank was secured by Ayush Agarwal of Raipur with 331 marks and the third rank is secured by Swaleha Sajid with 327 marks from Haldwani in theCA Foundation June 2018 merit list.
CA CPT June 2018 Cut off
Candidates who will appear for CA CPT in December 2017 will need to obtain minimum qualifying marks in order to qualify the entry-level examination of Chartered Accountancy. The CA CPT Exam Result Dec 2017 cut off marks is applicable both section-wise and overall cutoff marks. In order to qualify the CA CPT exam, candidates will need to secure both sectional and overall CA CPT 2017 Cutoff requirement. Cutoff marks are provided in the table below –
