The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced to declare the Results of CA Final November (Old and New Course), CA Foundation December and CPT December 2018 Examination on Wednesday, the 23rd January 2019 around 06:00 pm. AfterGraduation shares the ways to access the CA results and the previous pass percentage of exams.
The result of the Information Systems Audit Assessment Test [ISAAT] held on December 22, 2018, is also likely to be declared on January 23, 2019, around 6.00 PM at the Institute’s office at New Delhi. The result of the Assessment Test will be available on the Institute’s website.
As per the ICAI official notification, the results of the Chartered Accountants (CA) Final Examination (Old & New Syllabus), Foundation Examination and CPT Examination held in November/December 2019 would be declared on January 23, 2019. ICAI had conducted the CA CPT and CA Foundation examination in the month of December 2018 and CA Final Exam in November 2018.
ICAI will also disclose the merit list (candidates securing a minimum of 55% and above marks and upto the maximum of 50th Rank. The results of CA examinations can be obtained through direct login on the official website, Email and SMS options, as provided by ICAI.

Candidate Can Check Results of CA –
1. Through Portal
The results of CA exams will be announced on below ICAI websites –
To check the result, the candidates will have to enter the Roll Number along with PIN Number or Registration Number. Hence, the Roll Number is mandatory to check the results of CA Exams.
2. Through E-mail
The exam conducting body has also invited registration from those candidates of Final Examination (Old and New Syllabus), Foundation Exam and Common Proficiency Test (CPT), who wish to get their result in their mailbox. The registration for this will begin on January 19, 2019, and can be done from the official website icaiexam.icai.org only.
The registered students will receive their result immediately after the declaration of the result at their e-mail addresses registered on the official website. You can also submit your phone number and email to receive exam result’s notification.

3. Through SMS
Apart from this, students of Final Examination (old and New Syllabus), Foundation Examination and Common Proficiency Test (CPT) held in November/December 2018 can also access their result with marks through SMS. This service is available through India Times. Candidates want to check the CA results through SMS, need to register in advance by sending SMS at 58888. The complete procedure to check the result as mentioned below.
i) For Final Examination result the following:-

Final Examination (Old Course)

ii) For Foundation Examination result, the following:-

iii) For CPT (Common Proficiency Test) result, the following:-

The results of CA examinations – Final (old and New Syllabus), Foundation and CPT will contain subject wise marks and Pass/Fail Status. Candidates who qualified for rankings will be able to download Rank Card within two weeks after the announcement of the result.

Result of CA CPT: Previous Year Trends
For the CPT results declared for June 2018 attempt, the Pass Percentage was 28.06%. Pass Rate of Male students was 38.42% and Female students were 37.47%. A total of 54,474 students have appeared for the exam, out of which 15,284 have cleared the exam.
