TCS iON Partners With AICTE to Provide Career Skills to Students: TCS iON collaborated with AICTE with the objective to transform the strong academic performance of students for better job opportunities. Students of more than 10,000 AICTE approved institutions will receive free access to TCS course to improve the career skills that will help them up their employability quotient.
TCS iON, a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and a leading global IT services, consulting and business solutions organization, has announced a partnership with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), a national-level apex advisory and regulatory body for technical education, to provide students with a custom curated digital learning course to equip them with career skills.
TCS is one of the largest recruiters of engineering graduates in the country. The company’s research has indicated a definitive gap in students’ competencies when it comes to career skills. Many bright students having strong academic performance also miss out job opportunities because of the lack of basic soft skills such as effective communication and interpersonal skills.
With an intent to bridge this gap, TCS iON has curated a free, 20 hour-long career skills course that will cover topics such as corporate etiquette, effective email writing, impactful presentations, IT awareness, etc. The course will be available free of charge to students throughout the duration of their degree course.

The course is available on the TCS iON Digital Learning Hub for the students and can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
