IIML PGPM for Working Executives and professional is a 21 Month Programme , uniquely designed to harness the advantages of learning while working full time. Also known as Working Managers Programme (WMP) was launched in 2005. It now has a revamped title, structure and focus in line with global executive MBA programmes. This programme allows you to build on your skills and career prospects through the following salient features:

• Experience the rigour of  a full management program with on-campus stay:
  • Stay at the Executive Centre, IIM Lucknow Noida Campus for class/study networking.
  • Intensive 840 hour coursework with the IIM Lucknow rigour.
  • Mandatory International Immersion Module – likely at a top B-School in Europe
  • Student advisory services at the Institute is available for guiding students for career development choices, enhancing interaction, learning and networking.
  • Networking with business leaders, peers and alumni
• Low disruption in job responsibilities: classes – two weekends a month; 21 month programme

Successful completion of the programme leads to the award of “Post-Graduate Diploma in Management for Working Executives”.

WMP Programme Goal

The Programme is designed to provide a journey in learning, which prepares one to take up greater management challenges and responsibilities. The Student Advisory Services provided by the Institute offers guidance on charting a learning path, and leveraging events and networking, which enable the participant to meet career aspirations.

The overall goals of the programme are to broaden core managerial competencies to enhance the professional growth of students. The specific goal of the programme are to:

• Provide students with the fundamental principles of effective management of modern business organizations.
• Help participants develop understanding of the roles and responsibilities of business managers in an increasingly global nature of social and economic orders and corporate operations.
• Sharpen diagnostic and analytical skills of participants for effective decision-making in complex business situations.
• Sensitise students to the issues of cultural diversity and develop skills for effective management within multi-cultural work environments.
• Strengthen strategic leadership and team working skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or an equivalent academic pursuit (i.e., 10+2+3) recognized by AICTE, UGC or MHRD, Government of India.
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks or, a CGPA of 5.50 on a 10-point scale (45% aggregate marks or, a CGPA of 5.00 on a 10-point scale for SC/ST/PWD categories).
• Scores for any of the following tests taken (Any ONE):

• GMAT score for the test taken between April 1, 2012 and March 31, 2017
• CAT / XAT / GATE scores for the test taken in years 2015 onwards
• WMP Entrance Exam scheduled on April 16, 2017 (at IIML Noida Campus)

• A minimum of 3 years of full-time post-qualification (i.e. after graduation) professional work experience as on April 30, 2017

Admission Process

• Aspirants can accessed and filled the application form both in online and offline mode.
• The application form may be accessed online at:  http://www.iiml.ac.in/?page_id=2266 .
• The application form may be downloaded from:  http://www.iiml.ac.in/?page_id=409; or may be obtained from the Admissions Office at IIM Lucknow Noida Campus.
• Aspirants completely fill the application form neatly and fill section “A” in CAPITAL letters only.
• Completed Application form along with required certificates as per WMP eligibility criteria should be to Admission office IIM Lucknow – Noida Campus, on/before Monday, April 3rd, 2017 by 17:30 Hours..
  Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.

Fees

The fee for WMP 2017-2019 is INR 12,65,000 which includes tuition, cost of course material, library, computer facilities, cost of international emersion, international travelling, student activities, hostel and mess charges. Participants will stay at the Executive Center at the Noida Campus.

WMP Admission Exam

The WMP written entrance exam will comprise of 100 multiple choice questions and duration of test will be two hours. There will be three sections in the exam paper – verbal ability, quantitative ability and logical reasoning.
