The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, earlier known as the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI) is the only licensing cum regulating body of Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) profession in India.
Interested and eligible candidate can apply for CMA Intermediate and Final June 2019 exams before the last date, April 10, 2019. Time Table For CMA Inter and Final June 2019 Exam
The CMA Intermediate and Final Examination June 2019 will be held on alternate dates for each group and also without any gap between the papers. Here is the important note is CMA Inter and Final June 2019 Exam will be conducted under 2016 syllabus.

How to Apply For CMA Exams?
- Application Forms for CMA Inter and Final Exam has to be filled up through online mode only. Offline (physical) form and DD payment will be not be accepted for the domestic candidate.
- In case of Students opting for overseas Centres, they need to apply offline, forms are available at Institute’s Headquarters only on payment of $10 per application form and Send examination fees as DD along with the form.
- Students can login to the Institute website and apply online through payment gateway by using Net banking or Credit/Debit card.
- Students can also pay their Exam fee through IDBI Bank PayFee module.
- Last date (Due Date) for receipt of CMA Exam Application Forms without late fees is April 10, 2019.

There are 77 major cities in India and 3 cities (Bahrain, Dubai and Muscat as Overseas Centres) abroad as exam centres.
CMA Inter & Final: Amendments and Syllabus Changes
- The provisions of direct tax laws and indirect tax laws, as amended by the Finance Act, 2018, including notifications and circulars issued up to 3oth November 2018, are applicable for June 2019 term of examination for the Subjects Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation (Intermediate), Direct Tax laws and International Taxation and Indirect Tax laws & Practice (Final) under Syllabus 2016. The relevant assessment year is 2019-20. For statutory updates and amendments please refer to ICMAI Website.
- Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014 as amended till 30th November 2018 is applicable for June 2019 examination under Syllabus 2016 for Paper 12- Company Accounts and Audit (Intermediate) and Paper 19- Cost and Management Audit (Final).
- The provisions of the Companies Act 2013 for Paper 6 – Laws and Ethics (Intermediate) and Paper 13- Corporate Laws and Compliance (Final) to the extent notified by the Government up to 3oth November 2018 are applicable for June 2019 term of examination under Syllabus 2016.
- For Applicability of IND_AS and amended AS for paper 5 –Financial Accounting and Paper 12-Company Accounts and Audit (Intermediate) and Paper 17-Corporate Financial Reporting (Final) refer to relevant circular in the website are applicable for June 2019 term examination. Please refer to ICMAI Website.
- Under Syllabus 2016 for June 2019 term of examination, Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act-2013 is being included in Paper 6- Laws and Ethics (Intermediate) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 is being included in Paper 13- Corporate Laws and Compliance (Final).
CMA June 2019 Result Date
The probable dates for CMA Result June 2019 declaration is 23rd August 2019.
