Foundation Programme is a part of 3-stage professional examination of Company Secretaryship Course (i.e. Foundation/Executive/Professional Programmes). The admission is open throughout the year. The admission to the Foundation Programme will be valid for a period of three years from the month in which the application complete in all respects, is accepted by the Institute for admission, in accordance with the Company Secretaries Regulations, 1982.
