The registration for NMAT by GMAC for MBA Admission has successfully completed 3 years, with substantial growth of 7 percent in registrations for 2017 over the previous year. A computer-based objective type multiple-choice exam, NMAT by GMAC is accepted by management institutes in India as a criterion for admission, saw a 7% growth closing at 88,454 with the retakes as against 82,928 in the previous year.
The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), which conducts the exam, said, “The registration of women went up to 40% and 47% for non-engineering candidates in 2017”.
The registration window for the exam was open from July 4, 2017, until October 14, 2017. The exam was delivered between October 5 to December 18, 2017, and the results are now expected in the third week of January 2018.
