This is a discussion on AfterGraduation new article "Architecture And Planning (AR) GATE 2018 Preparation Strategy".

Architecture in engineering relates to another core department in the civil engineering. Students who are aspirants for becoming an architect can choose this as major. GATE conducts exam for “Architecture and Planning” discipline separately.

Architectural and Planning Engineering, also known as building engineering, is the application of engineering principles and technology to build, design and construct the buildings in their sociological, technical and environmental contexts. There is increasing recognition of Architecture and Planning Engineering as one of the top intellectual disciplines, an art form, and a technical profession intimately linked with the single largest sector of investment in the economy.
