The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the notification regarding CMA Intermediate and CMA Final December 2019 Exam TimeTable. In the notification, ICMAI announced that CMA Inter and Final exam Dec 2019 will be conducted from Tuesday, 10th Dec 2019. The Institute of Cost Accountants of India is the only licensing cum regulating body of Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) profession in India.

Interested and eligible candidate can apply for CMA Intermediate and CMA Final Dec 2019 exams before the last date, Oct 10, 2019. The CMA Intermediate and Final Examination Dec 2019 will be held on alternate dates for each group and also without any gap between the papers. Here is the important note is CMA Inter and Final Dec 2019 Exam will be conducted under 2016 syllabus.

How to Apply For CMA Inter and Final Dec 2019 Exams?

• Application Forms for CMA Inter and Final Exam has to be filled up through online mode only. Offline (Hard copy) form and DD payment will NOT be accepted for the domestic candidate.
• In case of Students opting for overseas Centres, they need to apply offline, forms are available at Institute’s Headquarters only on payment of $10 per application form and Send examination fees as DD along with the form.
• Students can login to the Institute website and apply online through payment gateway by using Net banking or Credit/Debit card.
• Students can also pay their Exam fee through IDBI Bank PayFee module.

Last Date to Fill CMA Dec 2019 Exam Forms

Last date (Due Date) for receipt of CMA Exam Application Forms without late fees is October 10, 2019. 

ICMAI Examination Centres

The ICMAI examination committee has decided to open a new Examination centre – Bikaner (Rajasthan) having Centre Code – 435 from December 2019 Examination. So now, There are 78 major cities in India and 3 cities abroad as exam centres. They are as below –

CMA Inter & Final – Amendments and Syllabus Change

• The provisions of direct tax laws and indirect tax laws, as amended by the Finance Act, 2018, including notifications and circulars issued up to May 31, 2019, are applicable for December 2019 term of examination for the Subjects Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation (Intermediate), Direct Tax Laws and International Taxation, and Indirect Tax laws & Practice (Final). The relevant assessment year is 2019-20. • Companies (Cost Records and Audit) Rules, 2014 as amended till May 31, 2019, is applicable for Paper 12 Company Accounts and Audit (Intermediate) and Paper 19 Cost and Management Audit (Final) under Syllabus 2016 for December 2019 term examination. 

• The provisions of the Companies Act 2013 are applicable for Paper 6 Laws and Ethics (Intermediate) and Paper 13 Corporate Laws and Compliance (Final) to the extent notified by the Government up to May 31, 2019, are applicable for December 2019 term of examination. Additionally, for applicability of ICDR, 2018 for Paper-13 Corporate Laws & Compliance (Final) under Syllabus 2016 refer to relevant circular in website for December 2019 term examination.

• For Applicability of IND_AS and amended AS for paper 5 Financial Accounting and Paper 12 Company Accounts and Audit (Intermediate) and Paper 17 Corporate Financial Reporting (Final) refer to relevant circular in the website for December 2019 term examination. Please refer to ICMAI Website.

• Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 is being included in Paper 6 Laws and Ethics (Intermediate) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 are being included in Paper 13 Corporate Laws and Compliance (Final) for December 2019 term of examination.

CMA Inter and Final Dec 2019 Result Date

The probable dates for CMA Result Dec 2019 declaration is 21st February 2020.
