Deeply confused in Higher Studies and career Enhancement, what to Select?

I dont have not good academic record and engineer by Qualification, working in some Organization.

Whether I should try for CAT to improve my Career or accept the offer, received from another big company.

Please do get back to me. I am deeply confused.
