Final Placement for IIM Rohtak Class of 2018 achieves 100% recruitment with the highest package offer of Rs 30 lakh, an increase of 16% over the last year. In contrast to the rise in highest salary, IIM Rohtak has witnessed a decline in average salary pegged to Rs 11.7 lakh in 2018 placement from Rs. 12.3 lakh last year package.

With the release of their final placement report, IIM Rohtak claims to have become the first IIM among the 14 second- and third-generation IIMs to achieve full placement for its current batch.

The number of companies visiting the campus this year went up by 75% from 57 last year. The placements also saw 40 plus new companies for the campus placement including international recruiters like the Tolaram Group from Dubai. This year IIM Rohtak witnessed a steep increase in the number of PPIs (pre-placement interviews) and PPOs (pre-placement offers) offered to the students. The 90 plus recruiters made 139 offers to the IIM Rohtak students.
