IIML PGPM for Working Executives and professional is a 21 Month Programme , uniquely designed to harness the advantages of learning while working full time. Also known as Working Managers Programme (WMP) was launched in 2005. It now has a revamped title, structure and focus in line with global executive MBA programmes. This programme allows you to build on your skills and career prospects through the following salient features:

Experience the rigour of a full management program with on-campus stay:
- Stay at the Executive Centre, IIM Lucknow Noida Campus for class/study networking.
- Intensive 840 hour coursework with the IIM Lucknow rigour.
- Mandatory International Immersion Module – likely at a top B-School in Europe
- Student advisory services at the Institute is available for guiding students for career development choices, enhancing interaction, learning and networking.
- Networking with business leaders, peers and alumni
Low disruption in job responsibilities: classes – two weekends a month; 21 month programme

Successful completion of the programme leads to the award of “Post-Graduate Diploma in Management for Working Executives”.
