Sr. Software Engineer (Java, J2ee)

·         No of open positions- 5

·         Experience –3-6  years

·         Work Location- Cochin/Bangalore

Requirements

The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree with 3 – 6 years of work experience in JAVA/ J2EE/ spring/ struts/ Hibernate/SOA. Should have experience in XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript and AJAX.  Experience in Android development will be an added advantage. Thorough knowledge in software development life cycle is mandatory.

We expect our employees to be the good team players, have good communication skills, inter-personal skills (as this position needs more interaction with other RapidValue team members and members of the client sites). 

2. Junior  Architect-Java

 Requirements

·    Excellent and consistent academic record with minimum 60% marks/scores in all qualifying examinations

·  6+ Years of experience in Java/J2EE.

·  Ability to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment with short turn-around times.

·   Strong Leadership & communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.

3.    Java-Tech Lead

·         No of open positions- 4

·         Experience – 6-9 Years

·         Work Location- Cochin

·         Notice Period- Preference to immediate joiners

Requirements

4.  SOFTWARE ARCHITECT (Java /J2EE)

•   Experience – 8-12 Years (Relevant Experience as Arch ,3 years minimum.)
•   Location – Kochi/Bangalore
•   Notice period Prefer- 0-2 Months 

Skills Expected by RapidValue

·         Worked as an Architect for a large Enterprise Web Application

·          Knowledge and practical experience in using any architecture tool such as Rational System   Architect, Rational Software is also desirable

·         Extensive experience with object-oriented software development methodologies and practices. Strong in following technologies

·         OOAD/OOPS/UML, Design Patterns, MVC, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Java, J2EE

·         Exposure to JSP, JSF, java script library, Ajax and UI frameworks

·         Exposure to component model design, SOA, open sources framework/tools

·         Web Services, JMS, XML, SQL& Oracle

·         Experience in developing platforms or frameworks, messaging frameworks, Enterprise application integration frameworks

·         Experience in building cloud enabled applications/ platform would be an asset

·         Excellent knowledge of the open source software/ tools/ technologies
