The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, ICSI has announced the notification regarding important dates /schedule /cut-off dates for CS Course, Company Secretary Foundation, Executive, and Professional courses 2019. ICSI provide Cut-Off Dates of CS Course for year-2019 pertaining to the Students. Now, Students can aim their CS goal in a better way with proper planning.
The given notification contains last dates/cut off dates/due dates for Exam Registration, Acceptance of Applications for Admission, Receipt of Examination Enrollment Application, Applying for Paper-wise Exemption, Applying for Registration De Novo / Extension of Registration, Result announcement date etc for CS Foundation, Executive, and Professional Course.
ICSI mission to move fully digital (online mode), so it will accept all registration procedure through online mode only. ICSI has clarified that even if there is a holiday/Off-day, there shall be no change in the prescribed cut-off dates of CS Course for Year-2019 as online services can be availed 24×7 anytime from anywhere at institute’s website, so all below activities will be completed as the scheduled cut-off date.

Stages to Become a Company Secretary
The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 pass or equivalent need to start with the CS Foundation Programme and there are total of three Stages of CS Course.
The Student who would like to register for the CS Course after passing the Graduation has to undergo two stages of the Company Secretaryship i.e. CS Executive Programme and CS Professional Programme.
CS Executive Programme
- A Graduate of all streams except Fine Arts can pursue CS Executive Programme.
- A student who has passed the CPT/Foundation Course of ICAI / Foundation Program of ICAI-CMA is also eligible to take admission in CS Executive Programme.
Professional Programme
- CS Professional Programme can only be pursued after clearing the CS Executive Programme.
