The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announces admission to its 3-months certificate course on “Certified CSR Professionals”. This ICSI’s certificate course is approved by the National Skill Development Agency (NSDA), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India. The last date to apply for admission to this certificate course is January 25, 2020.
The 3-months Certification Course on “Certified CSR Professionals” is designed to apprise the candidates regarding the fundamental concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy, activities, audit and governance.

Eligibility for the ‘Certified CSR Professionals’ Course
The applicant must be
- a Member of ICSI.
- those who have qualified CS Professional programme or students thereof.
Admission Procedure
The eligible candidates can apply Online for the registration and pay the requisite fees. The candidate has to fill all the requisite details in the online registration form and upload the minimum eligibility certificate.
Certification
After completion of certification course and qualifying in the assessment, the candidates shall be granted a certificate and will be registered a ‘Certified CSR Professionals’.
‘Certified CSR Professionals’ Course Structure
The course is designed to intimate the students with the fundamental concept of CSR policy, activities, audit and governance. The course is divided in to below three modules-
Module I: The Concept of CSR in the Indian Context
Module II: Governance, Implementation and Monitoring of CSR Activities.
Module III: Compliance and CSR Audit

- Online MCQ based final assessment (90% Weighatage)
