CS Foundation Dec-2019 Result: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the result for CS Foundation Programme examination on Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 11:00 am. The result along with individual candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks will be available on the ICSI official website.
Students appeared for CS Foundation programme examination, in Computer Based Test mode, held on 28th and 29th December, 2019 were eagerly waiting for the announcement of the results.
A formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Foundation Programme Examination will be uploaded on the website for downloading by candidates for their reference, use and records. Institute will also announce the all India merit list of top 25 rank holders name. Candidates should download their marks statement from the website as no physical copy of the marks sheet will be released by the institute.
A candidate will be considered to have cleared the Foundation Programme exam if he/she has scored at least 40% marks individually in each paper viz Paper-1, Paper-2, Paper-3 and Paper-4 and has 50 per cent marks in the aggregate of all the subjects together.

Step 1: Go to the official ICSI website
Step 2: Click on the link for CS Foundation December 2019 result and e-mark sheet. Three links will be displayed on the next page: 1) Link to view Result and Download E-Mark Sheet 2) Link to see Top 3 Rank Holder’s – Foundation Programme 3) Link for All India Provisional Merit List – Foundation Dec 2019 Programme.
Step 3: In the new window, enter your CS Foundation December 2019 roll number or CS Registration number and click on submit.
Step 4: View and download your e-mark sheet.
Step 5: Take a printout for future reference.
ICSI had released the result for CS Foundation June 2019 exam results on July 25, 2019. ll the top 3 spots are cliched by the girls. Sanghavi Khushi Devendrakumar from Ahmedabad Centre and Yogita Daswani from Indore Centre have jointly secured the first spot. Sanskruti Yogeshrao Saraf is the second topper. The third rank has been shared by Shivani Kumari, Anushka Jitendra Bhoi and Laveena Marcel Mascarenhas. A total of 387 candidates shared the top 25 positions in the ICSI CS Foundation Programme June 2019 exam merit list.
