ICWAI CMA June 2017 Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Examination Results have been declared by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) formerly known as the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI), on its official website. A huge number of candidates had appeared for the Certified Management Accounting (CMA) exams that were held in the month of June 2017.
The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI) [formerly known as the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWAI)] is a premier statutory professional accountancy body in India with the objects of promoting, regulating and developing the profession of Cost Accountancy. It is the only licensing cum regulating body of Cost & Management Accountancy profession in India. Students who had appeared for the CMA examination can check the results following the instructions given below.
The institute had conducted the exams in the month of June this year and the results are now available for download. Two portals have been opened for candidates to access the results. These include www.examicmai.org and www.examicmai.in. Candidates can also visit the ICAI website to check their scores.
Steps to Download ICWAI CMA June 2017 Foundation, Inter, Final Result
Step 1: Access the ICWAI results websites mentioned above.
Step 2: Click on the link for the foundation/intermediate/final results of June CMA exams.
Step 3: Enter 11-digit Registration Number and other required details in the fields provided.
Step 4: Download the result and take a print out of the same for further reference.

Qualifying Criteria
A student should satisfy 2 conditions to get qualified in the ICWAI CMA examination. It includes 40 Marks in every individual subject and 50% aggregate marks in the specific group.

Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA)
This is the primary qualification of the ICAI and following completion of up to three levels (Foundation, Intermediate and Final) examinations and three years of practical training in areas like Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audits, Corporate Laws etc. enables an individual to become a Cost & Management Accountant.
ICAI is solely responsible for setting the auditing and assurance standards for statutory Cost Audit to be followed in the Audit of Cost statements in India. It also issues other technical guidelines on several aspects of Internal Audit, Management Accounting etc. to be followed by practicing Cost Accountants while discharging their services.
It works closely with the industries, various departments of Government of India, State governments in India and other Regulating Authorities in India e.g. Reserve Bank of India, Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority, Securities and Exchange Board of India etc. on several aspects of performance, cost optimisation, and reporting.
