Applications are invited for faculty positions in the following areas of specialization – (a) Urban Studies, (b) Health, and (c) Education – in the Public Policy and Management Group of IIM Calcutta.
Requirements
The candidates must have a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline, with first class in the previous degree, and an excellent teaching and research record. The candidates must have demonstrable ability to teach compulsory courses and offer elective courses in his/her area of expertise in various academic programs of the Institute.
The Public Policy and Management (PPM) Group is a multidisciplinary group of active researchers and teachers from diverse social science backgrounds. The Group addresses challenges of policy innovation, governance for public service delivery, relationship between government and industry, social policy, and legal and regulatory issues through high quality academic research, teaching and consultancy for policy analysis and programme evaluation.
