BITS Pilani has re-extended the last date to submit BITS HD 2020 application form till June 15 (5:00 PM). Engineering Higher Degree aspirants are advised to check the eligibility criteria before filling the application form of BITS HD 2020.
The process of filling BITS HD 2020 application form include online registration, filling the details in the application form, payment of applicable fees and submission of application form. While filling the application form of BITS HD 2020, candidates are also be required to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature. Applicants are not required to send the hard copy of BITS HD application form to the institute.
BITS HD is a computer-based entrance test conducted for admission to BITS Pilani higher degree programmes i.e. M.Tech/M.Pharm/M.Phil offered by the three campuses of the institute in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad. Read the article completely to know more about BITS HD admission 2020.

BITS HD Eligibility Criteria 2020
All the interested candidates for BITS higher degree admission must check the minimum eligibility criteria of BITS HD 2020 before filling the application form.
- Applicants must have passed B.E/B.Tech from a recognised university with at least 60% aggregate marks.
- Candidates applying through GATE option must have valid score card.
How to Fill BITS HD 2020 Application Form

Applicants must keep the following documents ready before filling the BITS HD application form.
- Valid Email Id and mobile number
- Scanned images of photograph and signature in a specified format
- Mark sheet of the qualifying exam
- Caste certificate (If applicable)
- Details of credit/debit card/internet banking for payment of fees
Steps to fill the BITS HD 2020 Application Form
Candidates can refer to the following steps to fill BITS HD 2020 application form.
Step1: Registration – Candidates will have to first register by entering the following details –
- Name of the candidate
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Email Id
- Mobile Number
Step 2: Filling of Details – After successful registration, candidates will have to fill all other required details of the application form like personal, academic details. Following details have to be mentioned by the candidates
Academic Details – Candidates will have to enter all details related to qualifying exam. Candidates who wish to take part in the admission process through GATE scores will have to enter details regarding year of examination, score, registration/ roll number, All India rank, etc.
Test Centers – Candidates will have to choose three test centres for appearing in BITS HD 2020 online test.
Personal Details – Here, candidates will have enter personal details like parent/guardian name, contact details, etc.
Step 3: Uploading of Documents – Once the candidates have filled all the details of the form, they will have to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per the specifications provided by the authorities. In case of candidate applying through GATE, scanned image of score card also has to be uploaded.

Step 4: Payment of Fees – After uploading the documents, candidates will have to pay the application fee for BITS HD admission test 2020 either through online or offline mode.
Payment through Offline Mode – Offline payment of application fees can be done through e-challan payable at ICICI bank. Candidates will have to take a print out of e-challan and submit it along with the application fees at any of the ICICI bank branches. The bank will provide two receipts to the students, out of which one has to be sent to the admission authority of BITS HD along with application form. Thus, such candidates will have to take the print out of the completely filled application form before paying the fees.
Payment through Online Mode – Candidates can pay the fees in online mode through credit/debit card or internet banking.

Step 5: Submission of Application Form – In the last step, candidates will have to finally submit their application form and take a print out for future reference.
BITS HD 2020 Application Form Correction – If a candidate makes a mistake in his/her application form using the “Edit” option. It must be noted that this option of editing application form will be available only from June 22 to 29, 2020.
