IIM Rohtak, The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Rohtak has launched a 1-year Post Graduate Program for Executives (ePGPx), with the last date for registration on March 1, 2018. IIM Rohtak has joined other IIMs to introduce a management program in the blended format aimed at working professionals and entrepreneurs.
IIM Rohtak has become the first among the IIMs to offer a 1-year blended program for executives. IIM Ahmedabad n September 2017, had marked its entry into online education with the ePGP course. However, IIMA ePGP is a 2-year program for working professionals and entrepreneurs with a minimum full-time work experience of 3 years.
1-Year Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (ePGPx) is a composite delivery mode (online/offline) programme and uses a state of the art online learning platform to deliver the lessons. Some classes would also be held in offline mode.
The aim of the programme is to provide general management orientation and practical knowledge with an emphasis on inculcating exemplary leadership for the challenging managerial situations.
While the last date for registration for the program will be March 1, 2018, the last date for hard copy receipt of the application form is March 8. Personal Interview will be held on March 24-25.

Prof Dheeraj Sharma, Director, IIM Rohtak said at the launch of the program that “this 1 Year Program for Executives (ePGPx) would give an opportunity to middle-level managers to accelerate their career. The program is designed to deliver cutting-edge management practices along with well-established management principles”.
“The academic rigour is ensured through the program design and management curriculum that incorporates the latest management practices. The program will be delivered by the IIM-Rohtak faculty, considered among the best faculty in research in India”, he added.
The program aims at providing practical knowledge and personalized managerial skills learning with a focus on intensive, multi-functional view on leadership.
Spanning over 625 hours, this program seeks to encourage participants to reflect, analyse, critique, innovate and eventually learn the intricate aspects of the present day businesses with case based pedagogy.
Program For Executives (ePGPx) Eligibility Criteria
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate mark or equivalent CGPA.
- At least 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/professional experience to be eligible to apply for the program.

How to Apply for ePGPx?
- The link to submit the online application is available at http://apps.iimrohtak.ac.in/EPGPxLogin.aspx.
- A login panel will be opened, register on the portal if not, by clicking on ‘Click here for new registration’; otherwise, fill out the details.
- Login to the portal after registration and find the application form.
- Fill the form and apply for the programme.
- Save it for future purpose.

Selection Procedure for ePGPx
Candidates who fulfill the above-mentioned eligibility criteria and want to apply for the program should qualify in any of the following competitive exams to appear for the Personal Interview.
Valid CAT/GMAT/GRE score of last 5-years
OR
Group Á’ officers inducted through UPSC exam.
The candidates will be evaluated and screened in the first stage. The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed, and final offers will be made. A statement of purpose may also be required at the time of Registration.
Reward as Certification
On successful completion of academic requirement of the 1-year post graduate program for executives, ePGPx , the participants will be awarded ‘One Year Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management’. IIM Rohtak alumni status will be awarded to all ePGPx graduates.
