CAT 2017 Admit card download is released today, October 25, before the 15 mins of Scheduled time of 1 PM onwards by IIM Lucknow. The first activity on CAT Admit card is to view and download your CAT 2017 Admit card and check which CAT test centre has been allotted to you, CAT exam session. This would be useful for IIFT 2017 exam aspirants if need to take any decision to exercise the option of a change in IIFT 2017 exam centre. The facility to change the IIFT test centre is available until November 3.
Successful CAT 2017 applicants can download their admit cards from the official website of CAT 2017, a computer-based admission test for entrance to postgraduate management programmes at the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and other Business Schools.
The CAT 2017 admit card will be displayed after logging in with the required information of user-id and password in the window for download. Candidates will have to take a printout of the admit card and bring it to the examination venue. They will be available for download until the exam date, November 26.
CAT 2017 admit card will carry pertinent information like the personal details of the candidates, test venue details, Exam session and exam day instructions. Post closure of CAT 2017 registration process on September 25, resulting in a high number of 2.31 lakh registrations, the CAT admit card issuance date was rescheduled from October 18 to October 25.
Admit Card is the foremost requirement prescribed by CAT 2017 conducting IIM Lucknow. Without this document and a photo identity card, a candidate will not be allowed to enter the exam centre. Photo identity card including

The message from CAT 2017 Convenor and faculty at IIM Lucknow reads, “The Admit card will be available for view and print on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, 1:00 p.m. onwards. The Admit card will appear only if your online application form is submitted successfully. You will receive an automated email confirmation of successful submission. You can then log into the CAT website using your registered User ID and view/print the Admit card.”
How to Download CAT 2017 Admit Card
- Visit the official website of CAT 2017 or this link directly.
- Login through your registered credentials – UserId and Password.
- Click on the “login” button after entering required detail.
- CAT 2017 admit card appears on the screen.
- Download the PDF file of the admit card and take at least two copies of print out. Keep the soft copy for future use.
In case the candidates forget their User ID and password which were generated at the time of registration, they have to click on the ‘Forget Password’ tab. They will receive the link to reset the password to their registered email address. They have to visit the link and create a new password.

CAT 2017 admit card should contain all the following relevant details like your complete name, Registration/user ID, Test venue, exam slot.
- Name of the candidate
- Date of birth of the candidate
- CAT 2017 Registration Number and User ID
- Candidate category – Whether the candidate belongs to General category or Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe or Differently Abled
- Test Schedule – Date and slot of CAT 2017

- Candidate signature
- Candidate photograph

Also, no change request of examination center would be entertained. Candidates are requested to download their CAT 2017 admit card and accordingly make necessary travel arrangements – if required.
