The FDCR society was founded to bring all the fashion design enthusiasts of Rajasthan under the one roof along with their inspirations, like fashion influencers, designers, and the whos-who of the country. FDCR are knitting them all together to create an outfit (event), LACONIC 2019 to be held on the 2nd and 3rd of March at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur.
FDCR is the first ever platform that is aimed to connect fashion with art & education concurrently. It supports art and culture enthusiasts to promote the artisans and generate a regular source of income for them. Some events are heavily impactful, and LACONIC 2019 will be exactly that. With full-fledged 360-degree media coverage, the hype before the event has already begun building up.
The final night of the event will conclude with a glamorous Couture Show at Taj, Jai Mahal Palace on 3rd March 2019 featuring celebrity designers from the industry.
The event will be inaugurated by Mr Vishvendra Singh, Hon. Minister Rajasthan Tourism, Dr B.D. Kalla, Hon. Minister of Art and Culture, Mr Ashok Chandna, Hon. Minister Skill Development, Mrs Mamta Bhupesh, Hon. Minister Women and Child Development, Mr Jagdish Chandra, CMD, First India News on 2nd March 2019, at 10:00 am.

LACONIC 2019 is the first ever platform in Rajasthan that is aimed to convert fashion into educational sessions. LACONIC 2019 will be one of the largest fashion events Rajasthan has ever seen will leaves jaws dropping and heads turning.
FDCR has been associated with designing colleges from around Rajasthan since its inception. The top 15 colleges will be an integral part of Laconic 2019. The selected colleges will have full-fledged participation in all event categories, and will also be showcasing the best of their creativity and artwork to the visiting audience. Apart from this, various schools, Universities and Colleges from around Rajasthan have already registered with them to be the attendees of the grand event.
The event also strongly focuses on facilitating a learning experience for all its attendees. The event is being designed in such a way that every attendee gets a platform to learn and grow through constructive interactions so as to motivate them to live their full potential and explore the various facets of this field.
Along with a lot of memories, there’s so much that each participant will take back home with them. FDCR will be glad to provide various internship and work opportunities to interested students.
