The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) is to declare Result of CS Executive and Professional Programme exams December 2018 today, on February 25 (Monday) around 02:00 pm and 11:00 am respectively. The CS Executive Programme (Old and New Syllabus) and CS Professional programme Dec 2018 exam results along with marks for each subject will be available on the official website of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
ICSI conducts CS Foundation, Executive and Professional exams in the months of June and December every year. Students who wrote CS Executive and Professional exam in December 2018 are eagerly waiting for their CS Examinations Result.
In general, ICSI declares CS Executive and Professional results within 2.5 months of completion of exams. ICSI has released a notification regarding CS Executive and Professional December 2018 results. In the given notification ICSI announced that CS result of the Executive and Professional exam will be declared on February 25, 2019. After a declaration of the CS results, ICSI will release CS Merit list December 2018, Topper’s photos and their Marks and Pass percentage details.

Steps to check Result of CS Executive and Professional Programme Dec 2018 Exams
- Visit the official Exam result website of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- Click on the ‘Select Your Examination’ link given on the homepage.
- Enter your roll number and registration number.
- Click submit
- Download the result and take a printout of the scorecard for future reference.
All candidates for CS Executive (Old and New Syllabus) and Professional programme December 2018 examination may check CS Examinations result along with individual candidate’s subject-wise break-up of marks, available on the Institute’s website on the declaration of the result. Merit List of the programme would be immediately displayed on the CS Institute website after declaration of the results.
ICSI will not issue a physical copy of Executive Programme (Old and New Syllabus) examination Result-cum-Marks Statement to the candidates.
Immediately after the declaration of the result, the Result-cum-Marks Statement for Professional Programme Examination will be dispatched to the candidates at their registered address.

Passing Criteria for CS Examinations
- A candidate for CS Executive and Professional Programme examination shall be declared to have passed in both modules if he/she secures at one sitting, at least 40% marks in each paper in which he/she is required to appear and 50% marks in the aggregate of all the papers put together in the module.
- If Candidates have appeared for anyone Module, they will be declared to have passed if and only if they have secured at one sitting a minimum of forty per cent marks in each paper and fifty per cent marks in the aggregate of all papers of that module.
- In case a candidate has appeared in all the papers of a module and has secured 60% or more marks in any paper(s) and a minimum of 25% marks in each of the remaining papers of that module and has failed in the module, shall be exempted from that or those paper(s) in which he/she secured sixty per cent or more marks, in any subsequent examination.
- But in case a candidate has appeared in all subjects for which he/she was enrolled and has secured 60 per cent marks or above in any subject and failed, will be declared to have passed in the following examination, if he/she obtains a minimum of 40 per cent marks in each remaining subject and 50 per cent marks in the aggregate of the remaining subjects within the next three following examinations.
However, you have to submit an application to claim the exemption in any paper on or before the last date of enrollment for the CS Executive programme examination in which he/she intends to appear.
