IIM Ahmedabad has started admission process for its two Year online distance learning course e-Post Graduate Program (e-PGP) in management for working professionals and entrepreneurs. Now, valid GRE Score of five years is also acceptable for IIM Ahmedabad ePGP-2019 Admission apart from Valid GMAT/CAT score.
Earlier, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad announced that institute will accept last five year GRE score also for ePGP Admission 2019. This announcement by the Indian premier B-School will be a breather for such candidates who have missed the CAT 2018. Interested candidates for this programme can appear in GMAT/GRE until March 31, 2019, in order to be eligible for 2019-21 batch application.
The ‘e‘ in ePGP means for electronic mode i.e. Interactive Onsite Learning. IIM Ahmedabad launched this online as well as classroom mode two-year management course in association with Hughes Global Education. The online classes for distance learning are delivered through satellite-based education technology via Interactive Onsite Learning (IOL) platform. The unique feature of IIMA ePGP course is that programme has the flexibility to be completed within 3 years.
IIM Ahmedabad will deliver the programme across more than 85 classrooms located in over 50 cities. Candidates pursuing this IIMA unique programme will be awarded an IIM Ahmedabad Diploma upon successful completion.
The IIM Ahmedabad ePGP programme is aimed to enhance strategic thinking and impart the entrepreneurial as well leadership abilities among candidates, which is required for taking organizations to the next level, while also advancing individual career aspirations.

IIM Ahmedabad ePGP-2019 Admission Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants should have Bachelor’s Degree/CA/CS/ICWA, with at least 50 per cent marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA, awarded by a recognised university.
- Applicant should have Minimum age as 24 years or above (born on or before December 31, 1994).
- Working Professionals and Entrepreneurs.
- Should have a minimum of three years of full-time work experience (after completion of graduation) as on December 31, 2018.
- Valid CAT Score (taken within the last three years i.e 2016, 2017, and 2018) or GRE/GMAT scores (taken within the last five years i.e. from January 1, 2014, to March 31, 2019). Those who do not have CAT/GRE/GMAT scores have to take and clear the IIMA ePGP Admission Test (IAT).

Admission Process
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of CAT/GRE/GMAT Score and above eligibility criteria. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a round of personal interview at IIM Ahmedabad Campus or in other cities as decided by the Institute.

IIM Ahmedabad ePGP-2019 Course Pattern
The program will be intense and vigorous. IIMA e-PGP will have 800 classroom instruction hours, conducted during evening hours or over the weekends to suit the convenience of working executives or the business owners.
In the 1st year of the programme, the curriculum will comprise compulsory core subjects, followed by the bouquet of elective courses in the second year, with three campus modules are planned as integral parts of the programme.
Since the programme is meant for working professionals, the placement process is not a part of the curriculum. The ePGP 2019 course will begin in September/October and IIM-A is on the lookout for junior, mid and senior level working professionals and entrepreneurs to enrol for the programme.
