ICAI Online Correction Window: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has re-opened the Online application correction window and allow candidates to change the exam centres, group and medium of exam. This online facility opened on March 21 for the candidates who have already applied for the CA exams to be held in May 2020.
Candidates can make the changes by visiting the official website till March 23 by 11:59 pm. This has been decided after the institute received requests from students appearing CA Examinations May 2020 to change exam centres.

ICAI stated in a notification released on its official website, “In view of the ongoing spurt of the COVID-19 virus and in the interest of the well-being of students who have already submitted online examination application form for CA May 2020 Examinations, it has been decided, as a proactive measure, to reopen the online facility for seeking change of examination centre / group / medium for appearing in the Chartered Accountants May 2020 Examinations.”
The ICAI will conduct the examination for CA Foundation, CA Intermediate (IPC), Intermediate and Final (Old and New Scheme) course from May 2 to May 18, 2020 at 207 centres nationwide and also at five centres overseas centres of Abu Dhabi, Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu and Muscat.
CA May 2020 Examination Schedule
- Foundation Course Examination: 11th, 13th, 15th & 17th May 2020
- Intermediate Course Examination (under Old and New scheme):
Group-I: 3rd, 5th, 8th & 10th May 2020
Group-II: 12th, 14th, 16th & 18th May 2020 (New Syllabus only)
- Final course examination (under Old and New scheme):
Group-I: 2nd, 4th, 6th & 9th May 2020
Group-II: 11th, 13th, 15th & 17th May 2020
The ICAI also advised to take note of the above carefully and take advantage of this reopening of the online facility being made available appropriately.
