MTech Admission 2019 in IITs and IISc Bangalore – Students aspiring admission for Post Graduate Engineering Courses at IITs and IISc Bangalore must be aware of IIT MTech 2019 admissions details – Important dates, application forms, eligibility criteria etc.
A student has to register for the COAP 2019 along with the application form of the IIT/IISc for which the MTech admission is desired. GATE Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) 2019 is a platform to assist the students for Postgraduate Engineering Admissions in IITs and IISc.
Candidates have to apply individually to the college and also through COAP for M.Tech admission 2019 in IIT/IISc. The Common Offer Acceptance Portal or COAP is the registration platform for GATE 2019/2018/2017 qualified candidates for IIT M.Tech admission. It will display the admission offers given to the applicants based on GATE Score and availability of seats. GATE COAP 2019 process will be held in four rounds tentatively. Students have to confirm the admission in the particular allocated seat.
The MTech admission in IITs will be on the basis of valid GATE scores of the candidates of the Year 2017, 2018 and 2019. Students who have their UnderGraduate Engineering Degree from IIT with a CGPA of 8.0 or above are however exempted from having the GATE score and can apply directly.

GATE 2019 Cutoff for IITs
The minimum scores required to get admission is the cutoff of GATE for IITs/IISc which implies candidates having scores below the cutoffs will have fewer chances of admission. Each IIT will release its own GATE cutoff 2019 and it will vary for each M.Tech programme and category of candidates.
