ICAI FXTM Exam Schedule Announced, Application Process Begins

ICAI FXTM Exam Schedule: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has announced the next examination schedule for its Certificate Course on Forex and Treasury Management (FXTM). The registered members of the ICAI Certificate Course on FXTM can fill the examination form for the evaluation which is scheduled for November 23 and 24, 2019 (Saturday and Sunday) at various ICAI test Cities.

The last date for submission of ICAI Certificate Course on FXTM examination form and payment of application fees is November 17, 2019. The examination will be held at ICAI five test Cities.

Eligibility Criteria to Appear for ICAI FXTM Exam

To appear for ICAI FXTM exams, a minimum 75% attendance in classes is mandatory i.e. a participant has to attend a minimum of 6 classes out of 8 classes.

FXTM Examination Fees

  • The Participants of 54th batch (Bangalore) of this course are not required to pay the examination fees however, they need to fill the examination form for confirming their presence on the scheduled examination dates with centre at the hyperlink:

  • Members other than these batches are required to mandatorily pay examination fees of INR 2360/- [Exam fee 2000 + INR 360 (18% GST)].
  • Members are cautioned to pay the examination fee against the examination centre where they wish to appear for the examination. The examination centre once opted by a member would not be allowed to change, however, ICAI reserves the right to cancel the examination at any centre at its discretion.

ICAI FXTM Exam Pattern

There will be two Papers of 100 marks each for three hours at the end of the course and one Project of 150 marks will be allotted during the classroom sessions. Both the paper will consist of 65% multiple objective type questions and 35% subjective type question. 

An examinee will be declared passed if the candidate obtains 40% marks in each paper and project and 50% in the aggregate marks of theoretical examinations and Project Report.
