The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the result of CS Foundation June 2018 exam result today, on July 25, 2018 (Wednesday) at 11:00 am. This Computer Based Examination (CBE) for Company Secretary, CS Foundation Programme was conducted on June 9 and 10, 2018. The ICSI CS Foundation June 2018 exam result along with Candidate marks for each subject is now available on the official website of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
The results along with individual candidates subject wise break up of marks, All India Rank based merit list is also available on Institute website. As of now the mark sheet of the previous sessions is available on the official website. All candidates who had appeared in June 2018 examination can check the result on the official website.
CS Foundation June 2018 Exam Toppers
Mahima Sancheti was declared to be the All India topper for the CS Foundation programme June 2018 exam result. Gaurang Mishra and Sneha Jain shared AIR 2 and Dhanya Jaysukhbhai Vasoya got the third position for ICSI CS Foundation June 2018 Exam merit list. A provisional merit list of 275 candidates who shared the top 25 ranks in the computer-based examination of CS Foundation programme 2018 has also been announced on ICSI official website. These candidates cleared the examination in one sitting without exemption in any paper.
CS Foundation Dec 2017 Exam Toppers
Garima Vaish and Qasim Saif jointly shared AIR 1 for the ICSI CS Foundation programme. Urvashi Gupta, Khushi Khurana and Muskan Jain in the second rank; Mansi Karandikar in the third position of the CS Foundation Dec 2017 Exam result rank list. A total of 395 students have registered top 25 ranks in the December 2017 exam, of which, five girls have achieved under top 3 ranks.

Steps to check the CS Foundation June 2018 Exam Result
- Visit the official website of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- Click on the “Foundation Programme Exam Result June – 2018 Session” link given on the homepage
- Go to “Click here to view Result and Download E-Mark Sheet”
- Enter your roll number
- Click submit
- Download the result in pdf or take a printout for future reference
A candidate will be considered to have cleared the Foundation Programme exam if he/she has scored at least 40% marks individually in each paper viz Paper-1, Paper-2, Paper-3 and Paper-4 and has 50 per cent marks in the aggregate of all the subjects together.

But in case a candidate has appeared in all subjects for which he/she was enrolled and has secured 60 per cent marks or above in any subject and failed, will be declared to have passed in the following examination, if he/she obtains a minimum of 40 percent marks in each remaining subject and 50 percent marks in the aggregate of the remaining subjects within the next three following examinations.
Candidates must keep a tab on the official website and download their e-Result-cum-Marks statement for Company Secretaries (CS) foundation programme examination June 2018 as ICSI will publish the results online only and will not issue any hard copy of the same. “Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Foundation Programme Examination will be uploaded on the Institute official website www.icsi.edu immediately after the declaration of result for downloading by candidates for their reference, use and records. No physical copy of Result-cum-Marks Statement shall be issued to the candidates” read the official note.
Verification of Foundation Examination June 2018 Maks
A candidate can seek “Verification of Marks” in any subject(s) of CS Examination within 30 days from the date of declaration of results. The interested candidates can apply for verification of marks either through on-line or off-line mode as per prescribed procedure with requisite fee @ Rs 250 per subject. The online facility for Verification of Marks has been made operative from Thursday, the 26th July 2018 from 00:01 hrs up to Friday, the 24th August 2018 till 24:00 hrs.
