IIM-Rohtak has completed the final placement process for the PGP 2019 batch with all (100 %) students successfully achieving their placement goals. IIM-Rohtak placement 2019 witness 40 new companies in the recruitment process offered an average CTC at Rs 11.85 lakh per annum.
In a statement issued regarding IIM Rohtak Placement 2019, this IIM is the seventh out of 20 IIMs to have achieved 100 per cent placement of the PGP batch, comprising 250 students.
This year there was also an increase in the number of companies visiting the IIM Rohtak campus. More than 90 companies have participated in the IIM-Rohtak Placement 2019 drive. Moreover, this year, 45 students were offered pre-placement interviews/pre-placement offers (PPI/PPO) by some of the top recruiters.
As per the press release by IIM Rohtak, there were over 110 students who were hired by the 10 industry’s large players like EY, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Deloitte, and Cognizant.
The highest domestic salary package offered to students this year is Rs 24.13 lakh per annum, while the average salary package remained at Rs 11.85 lakh per annum. IIM-Rohtak has already submitted its placement report for CRISIL audit 2019.

IIM-Rohtak Placement 2019 Sectors
Most of the placements were in the marketing domain with over thirty-two per cent. The profiles offered were of brand manager, market research analyst, product manager, marketing consultant, and business development managers among others. Some of the top recruiters were Yes Bank, Dabur, BPCL, Tata Steel, IndiaMart, Amul, ACG worldwide, and Aditya Birla Group etc.
21 per cent of the students opted the roles in IT and Analytics domain. The major recruiters in the IT and Analytics domain were Cognizant, Accenture, Axtria, Mu Sigma etc.
Total 12 per cent students opted for roles in finance and prominent banks like Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, and SBI offered roles including financial management, wealth management to credit analysis, and Investment management.
Multiple offers were also made by some Non-Banking financial firms like Indus Valley Partners, Arcesium, Future First, and Thomson Reuters.
One of the major highlights of IIM-Rohtak placement 2019 has been the return of some major companies like Big 4, with EY, Deloitte, and KPMG and offered roles in consulting and general management. For about 30 per cent of the students opted for roles in the domain, as per the release.
