Eligibility Criteria of MH CET Law 2019
The eligibility criteria details are mentioned below here:
- The candidates who are applying for this exam must be the resident of India.
- The Foreign candidates or OCI or NRI are also eligible for this exam.
- There is no age criterion for the examination.
- For L.L.B (five-year) programme, students must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board securing 45% marks for general, 42% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
- For L.L.B (Three Year) course, candidates must hold a graduate or post-graduate degree from a recognized university with obtaining minimum 45% marks for general, 42% marks for OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates. The candidates who are in there final year can also apply for the exam.
Application Form MH CET Law 2019
- The application forms for MH CET Law 2019 will be available for the candidates through an online mode.
- The application form for 5-Year integrated law programme will be announced by DHE Maharashtra in the third week of February 2019 and for the three-year law programme, it will announce in the second week of April 2019.
- The application form requires you to follow the instructions related to entering the name, date of birth, e-mail id and mobile number.
- Candidates required to upload their scanned images of passport size photograph and specimen signature.
- After completing the application form the candidate will get a link on their registered e-mail.
- After completing this entire process candidate have to make a payment for the examination application form through online mode via debit/credit card or from the net banking.
- The application fee for General/OBC/SAP category candidate is Rs. 800 and for SC/ST candidate the fees is Rs. 400.
Syllabus MH CET Law 2019
The syllabus consists of Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge with Current Affairs, English and Basic Mathematics.

Exam Pattern for MH CET Law 2019
Below given details will let you know about exam pattern for MH CET Law:
- This exam is a computer-based test (CBT), so this will be the online mode exam.
- There will be a total of 150 multiple choices questions will be asked in the examination.
- The mode of language will be English and Marathi in the question paper.
- The Test pattern for both the LLB 3 years and 5 years are quite similar, however, along with the common subjects, Basic Mathematics is added in 5-Year integrated LLB Syllabus.
- For answering the questions in the exam, you will be given two hours for the examination.
- No negative marking for the incorrect answer. A correct answer will get one marks for each question.
MH CET Law 2019 Admit Card
The admit card can be downloaded online, the authority will release the admit card in the second week of April 2019. If a candidate wants to download their admit card they have to enter their registration number/roll number or date of the birth/password.
The authority also ensures that every registered candidate gets an SMS on his/her registered mobile number or an e-mail will be generated to their registered mail ID.
