NFL Recruitment through GATE 2019 – National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna PSU will conduct the recruitment of Engineering Graduates for the Management Trainees post through GATE 2019. Candidates applying for NFL Recruitment through GATE 2019 must be graduate engineers in Computer Science/ IT, Civil Engineering, Electrical, Instrumentation, Materials and Mechanical engineering.
The application form of NFL recruitment will release after the GATE 2019 results announcement on March 16, 2019. The shortlisting of candidates for the NFL Recruitment through GATE 2019 will be done on the basis of valid GATE score.

NFL Recruitment through GATE 2019 Application Procedure
- Candidates must enter their Name, Email, Mobile details for online registration.
- After successful registration, an applicant needs to enter their personal, academic and other requisite details.
- Applicant needs to enter their GATE Registration Number mentioned in the admit card of GATE 2019.
- The next step will be to upload their GATE 2019 Score Card, scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph and signature in JPEG/ PDF format. The maximum size should be less than 500 KB size each.
- An application fee of Rs 500/- through online mode is to be paid by Gen/ OBC candidates. SC/ST and PWD candidates will be exempted from paying the application fee.
- After successful submission of the NFL application form, a Unique Application Number will be generated along with a registration slip.
- Applicants need to take a printout of this Registration slip for future reference
NFL Recruitment through GATE 2019 Selection Process
The eligible applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the GATE 2019 scores which will be given 80% weightage. The shortlisted applicants will have to appear for another selection round i.e Personal Interview round. The personal interview will be given 20% weightage in the final selection.
The final merit list of selected candidates will be announced considering the marks scored by the candidates in GATE 2019 exam and the personal interview.

Pay Package for NFL Selected Candidates
Candidates will be selected as management trainees and will have to undergo one year’s training i.e Probabation period. After successful completion of the training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers/Officers post.
During the initial one year training period, candidates will be placed on the pay scale of 16,400-3%-40,500 with a basic pay of Rs. 16,400/-. After successful completion of the probation period, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers / Officers with a higher basic pay of Rs. 16900/-.
NFL Service Agreement Bond: The selected candidates have to execute a service agreement bond of Rs. 80,000/- (for SC, ST and PWDs candidates – Rs. 20,000/-) to serve the company for at least 3 years after successful completion of the initial training as referred by the NFL terms and conditions.
