The Committee on Capital Market and Investors Protection, the Non-Standing Committees of the ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), conducts the Certificate Course on Forex and Treasury Management (FXTM) to develop its members professionally in this field. The ICAI has announced the forthcoming batches of FXTM Certificate Course at Bangalore, Mumbai and Noida centres commencing from July 06, 2019 onwards.
The main objective of this course for the ICAI members, Chartered Accountants is to develop skill sets which would be required for making sound financial decisions in an international context.
ICAI conducting certification course on FXTM in the month of July 2019 at Mumbai, Bangalore and Noida location. Eligibility Criteria for FXTM Certificate Course
Only the Members of ICAI and the Students of the Institute who have passed the CA Final Examination are eligible to pursue this course. Aspirants of this course are assumed to have advanced theoretical knowledge and understanding of Forex and Treasury. Sessions will focus on the practical aspects of treasury management.

Attendance
75% attendance in classes is mandatory for appearing in the exams i.e. a participant has to attend minimum 6 classes out of 8 classes for appearing in the evaluation exam.
Professional Credit through FXTM Course
As per new guidelines, the participants to this course will be given 30 CPE Hours wherein credit of 25 CPE hours will be given after completion of classes. The remaining 5 credit hours will be given after qualifying the evaluation exam.

FXTM Course Fees
Rs. 17,500/- plus applicable 18% GST i.e Rs 3150/- i.e total INR 20,650/- per member (including course material, tea, Lunch etc.) for the complete course. The above-said fees also include examination fee for the first attempt.
The candidate who does not appear or fails to clear the examination earlier is required to pay an additional Rs. 2,000/- plus applicable GST as examination fee of in the subsequent attempt. The fees can be paid online through ICAI Payment portal.
