CA Final is the last level of Chartered Accountancy examinations to be eligible for a Chartered Accountant degree. The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the CA Final Nov 2019 exam schedule for both old and New Scheme. ICAI has also released the date of online submission of application form for CA Nov 2019 Exams. The Exam Schedule for CA Final Nov 2019 as per the new scheme and the old scheme will begin from Friday, November 01, 2019.
CA Exams are considered as one of the toughest exams in the world. CA Final Nov 2019 exam, as per the New and old scheme has two groups of a total eight subjects, 4 subjects of 100 marks each in each group. Candidates of CA Final (New and Old Course) Examinations will be allowed to opt for Hindi medium for answering papers.
A person can take the CA Final Examination after passing Intermediate course (IPC in the old scheme) and 2.5 years of the articleship. According to the notification, ICAI started accepting online Application Form for Nov 2019 CA Final Examination from 16th August 2019 and the last date (without late fees) is September 07, 2019.
Students must note that the timings for the CA Final Nov 2019 exams are from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM i.e afternoon session except for the paper 6 (elective) under the CA New scheme, which is of 4 hours duration from 02:00 pm till 06:00 pm.

CA Final Nov 2019 Exam Application Window
- The opening of Window for Receipt of Online Examination/Application forms – August 16, 2019
- Admission to CA Final Nov 2019 examinations (Old and New Scheme) are required to apply online at http://icaiexam.icai.org till September 7, 2019 (without late fees), and remit the examination fee online.
- A late fee is applicable in case the application is made after September 7, 2019, and up to September 10, 2019.
Procedure to Fill the CA Final Nov 2019 Exam Application Form
- In order to apply for CA Final Nov 2019 exams, you have to access the CA Examination portal and login to your account by entering your Login ID and Password.
- Now, check your details appearing in the online form. If details provided are proper then click on “Save and Preview” button to proceed. But if you are not satisfied with the given details then click on “Back to Form” and update accordingly.
- And once you are completely satisfied with all the details furnished in your online examination form, then click on Final Submit button to submit your Examination form.
- Pay the examination fee as per given below table while clicking on “Make payment” button.
- After successful payment, the system will automatically generate an application pdf. Save and print the application pdf for future reference.

CA Final Nov 2019 Examination Fee
Candidates can make the payment of application fee through Debit card/Credit card/Rupay Card/Net Banking/ Bhim UPI. The examination fee applicable for CA Final Nov 2019 Examination (Old and New Scheme) is as follows –

The late fee for submission of application form after the last date (September 7, 2019) but before 10th Sept is INR 600/- (for Indian / Kathmandu Centers) and US$ 10 (for abroad centres) as decided by the council.
Passing Criteria for CA Final Exams
A passing grade in Final is awarded if the candidate obtains 40% marks in each subject and an aggregate of 50% in each group. The benefit of set-off is also available if the candidate appears for both groups together and obtains 50% collectively in both groups, even if he fails to obtain an individual aggregate of 50% in each group independently.
